Peccho is a language-practice companion. Conversations, corrections, translations and explanations are generated by artificial intelligence. They are provided for learning purposes and may occasionally be inaccurate. Peccho is not a certified teacher, examiner, translation service, or provider of legal, medical, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.
The core Peccho experience is free. We may change, limit, or discontinue features at any time.
Peccho offers paid plans — Premium and Platinum — in 3, 6 and 12-month passes. Prices (including a small processing charge) are shown before you pay. Passes grant access for the stated period only and do not auto-renew. Platinum includes all Premium features plus the Career Studio (interview practice, business language, resume and profile review).
No-refund policy: all payments are final. Because paid access is a digital service delivered immediately, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial use, dissatisfaction, or failure to use the service during the paid period — except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Cancellation: Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Users may stop using Peccho at any time. Access continues until the purchased subscription period expires.
Account details you provide (such as name and email) and your saved vocabulary are stored to operate the service. Your microphone audio is processed by your browser's speech service to produce text; your messages are sent to our AI provider to generate responses. We do not sell your personal data.
Payment information is securely processed by our payment service provider(s). Peccho does not store your debit card, credit card, or banking credentials.
Age Requirements: Peccho is intended for learners of all ages. If you are under the age at which you can legally enter into contracts in your jurisdiction, you should use Peccho with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Do not use Peccho for unlawful purposes, to generate harmful, abusive, hateful or sexual content, to attempt to break or overload the service, to share one account among many people, or to abuse the free tier through automated or fraudulent means.
Immediate suspension: if we detect misuse, we may suspend or permanently terminate the account at once, without notice or refund. A terminated account and its data cannot be recovered, and the associated email address may be permanently blocked from creating a new Peccho account. This applies to free and paid accounts alike; no refund is due on a terminated paid account.
The Peccho name, sangu logo, design, and content are the property of Jo .J. You may not copy or rebrand the service.
Peccho is provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jo .J is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Users may request deletion of their account using the account deletion option provided by Peccho or by contacting support.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.
